Reserve Online

If you reserve a car online and pay a £1,000 deposit (which includes V.A.T at 20%) you are agreeing to purchase the car at the advertised price and are removing the ability for any other customer to reserve it via our website.

This deposit does not guarantee you have secured the car until one of our Sales Team confirms acceptance and validation by responding by email or by telephone. We will aim to do within 20 minutes of receiving your deposit during our working hours. Please do not be concerned that it is not automatically removed from our website.

When we confirm you have secured the car we will need to organise the relevant paperwork (including order form, which will contain the full terms and conditions) and payment of the outstanding balance to complete the sale. The vehicle advertised is sold as roadworthy, at the date of delivery (which will be confirmed when completing the order form) and is supplied subject to any conditions or warranties that are implied by the Sale of Goods Act 1979 or any amended status in the case of consumer sales (as defined by the Sale of Goods Act 1979).

If we are unable to agree a date for completing the order form within 48 hours of receiving your deposit we reserve the right to refund your deposit and put the car back up for sale.
If you would like to cancel your order at any time you can do so until the order form has been completed and we will offer you a full refund of your deposit.

The ‘Reserve Online’ function is only available to residents of mainland UK. If you live outside Mainland UK and would like to reserve a car please contact one of our team by telephone or by visiting one of our branches in Surrey, South London or Kent. We accept payment by most major credit or debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, and Maestro cards. We are however unable to process orders placed using American Express cards. Payment will be debited to your account upon placement of your order. At the point of order we will then organise all relevant paperwork and a delivery date. Prices on our website do not include delivery however we can organise this when you complete your order form.

Although we endeavour to provide you with the latest product information and to ensure that product images are identical to the items supplied, we cannot always guarantee that this will be the case. Colours, styles and specification can differ slightly from the published images. Personal details you supply are held confidentially. Please note that we never divulge personal details to any third party and any information supplied is used solely for the purpose of processing your deposit or sending you product updates or information we feel will be relevant to you (If requested). If you decide that you would like to leave our mailing list, please ask and we will remove all of your details.
